Byungkyu Moon, Ph. D. student of Civil and Research Assistant of LACT received the Best Presentation Award on the pavement design sensitivity analysis software at the 14th Annual Inter-University Symposium on Infrastructure Manegement (AISIM14) at University of Delaware. He was also invited to give a presentation at TRB 2019.
