President Insuk Koh of Seoul Institute of Technology (SIT) visited University of Iowa to sign an MOU with Associate Provost and Dean of Headquarters International Programs Downing A. Thomas. This MOU lays out the foundation for collaborations between University of Iowa and SIT through the Laboratory for Advanced Construction Technology (LACT) at the University of Iowa.
