President Taisik Lee of Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology (KICT) visited university of Iowa to sign an MOU with President Bruce Harreld. This MOU lays out the foundation for collaborations between University of Iowa and KICT through the Laboratory for Advanced Construction Technology (LACT) at the University of Iowa.
